For Vendors:
1.Log in to your dashboard as a vendor.
2.Go to the Dokan dashboard and click on the Orders tab.
3.Here, you will see a list of all your orders.
4.To view the details of an order, click on the order number.
5.Here, you can see the order details, including customer information, order status, payment status, and shipping information.
6.You can update the order status by clicking on the Update Status button.
7.You can also add order notes to communicate with the customer regarding the order.
8.If the order has been shipped, you can enter the tracking number and shipping provider details in the Shipping Information section.
9.To mark an order as complete, click on the Complete Order button.
10.If you need to cancel an order, you can click on the Cancel Order button.
11.You can also print the order details by clicking on the Print button.
12.If you need to export the orders, you can click on the Export button.
For Customers:
1.Log in to your account on the store’s frontend.
2.Go to the My Account page, and click on the Orders tab.
3.Here, you will see a list of all your orders.
4.To view the details of an order, click on the order number.
5.Here, you can see the order details, including vendor information, order status, payment status, and shipping information.
6.You can view and track the order status from here.
7.If you need to cancel an order, you can request cancellation from the vendor.
8.You can also view and print the order details by clicking on the Print button.
